Write a letter or an email to someone you know of who is highly successful in any arena, you don't have to know them personally, telling them how much you admire and honor them for their achievements. If that feels far out your comfort zone get used to just praising people that are or have been doing well for themselves in something. Not only will it make them happy, but you will also feel good about it inside.
