An entrepreneur we know recently grew his net worth from $250,000 to over $6 million in only three years. When people asked him how he did it, he said, "I used to think small. One day, I started thinking big." The secrets of a millionaire like this man and other millionaire men was simple. The more people you serve, the more profit you make.

Where other people in this man's line of work opened a store, he launched a hundred stores. His competitors were mostly successful - each of them made a nice living off his store. Our friend became fabulously wealthy.

So the real question is this: Do you want to play professional ball? Or do you want to bat around on the Little League field?

Do you want to play it big? Or play it safe?

The thing is, most people who would like to be wealthy are scared to take the risks.

Now, pay very close attention: the world needs you to stop selling yourself short. Your life is about more than you. It is also about sharing your gifts and talents with the rest of the world.

The world doesn't need more people playing small. It needs you to start playing it big. It is time to start exploring how far you can go with your unique gifts, and how large you can make your life. The more people whose lives you touch, the larger your life will be. If not you, who? If not now, when?

Small thoughts, small actions, and small words lead to small and unfulfilling lives. Big thoughts, big actions, and big risks will give wealth and meaning to yours. Here are some tips to get you started:

• Create a list of your "natural talents." A natural talent is something you've always been fairly good at.
  
• Make a corresponding list of how and where you could use more of these talents in your life, particularly when it comes to making money.
  
• Get together with a "working group" - a group of people you like and trust. Together, make a list of ways to solve problems for ten times as many people as you normally affect in your work life right now.
  
• Try to come up with at least three different strategies for solving problems. Think "leverage."

This way you create a money blueprint.
